Design

As its name suggests, the Enyaq Coupé iV vRS boasts classic sporty good looks. Most notably, a rising shoulder line and swept-back roofline contribute towards the vehicle’s assertive stance. And the car rides on impactful 20-inch alloy wheels, featuring aero inserts that provide an extra eye-catching dimension. This classy car features a fierce front fascia too, dominated by a high-gloss black radiator grille, while both ends of the vehicle are reinforced by body-coloured vRS Sports bumpers.

Inside, there’s room for five, with front-row occupants treated to heated sports seats. The driver also has the benefit of an electrically adjustable position that offers power lumbar support. And further emphasising the vehicle’s sporty credentials are a three-spoke leather steering wheel and rather smart-looking aluminium pedals. Nevertheless, despite its athletic qualities, the ŠKODA Enyaq Coupé iV vRS finds space for a 570-litre boot.

Engines and performance

This exciting Enyaq variant is powered by two electric motors, which produce 295bhp and 460Nm of torque, allowing the model to achieve 0-62mph in just 6.8 seconds. And it’s capable of reaching 111mp too. When fully charged, this confident SUV offers a 309 mile range, with charging possible through the standard Mode 3 cable, which allows the 82kWh battery to replenish from 10 to 80 percent in just 36 minutes. Of course, one of the best things about an all-electric vehicle is that it’s cheaper to run than a fuel-driven equivalent – and it produces no CO₂ emissions whatsoever.

The Coupé iV vRS handles well at high and low speeds and, of course, it’s quick off the mark. As a four-wheel drive vehicle it’s able to cope with a range of surfaces, and thanks to its tractable suspension you’ll enjoy a comfortable ride.

Technology and safety

In addition to a fully programmable high-definition digital Virtual Cockpit, the car is fitted with a 13-inch touchscreen multimedia system. Included is satellite navigation, ensuring that effective route planning and last-minute amendments to journeys can be completed intuitively. And during each trip, you’ll have the pleasure of an eight-speaker sound system, featuring DAB radio and AUX and USB-C ports. You’ll also have access to Bluetooth connectivity and smartphone integration, enabling you to stream your favourite music and audio content, while wireless charging ensures your device is always topped up.

The ŠKODA Enyaq Coupé iV vRS is laden with safety equipment, including front and rear-mounted sensors and a rear-view camera that help make parking and manoeuvring a breeze. There are plenty of child-protection features too, such as ISOFIX fixtures (with top tethers) on outer rear seats and tamper-proof locks in the rear compartment. Driver aids include Lane-keep Assist and Autonomous Emergency Braking, providing you with all you need to keep safe in a variety of situations.
